Truck-mounted drilling rigs
1. Introduction
The power system, drawworks, mast, travelling system and driving mechanism for truck-mounted drilling rigs are all installed on a self-propelled chassis, so the drilling operation and rig movement efficiency are greatly promoted. We can provide series of 1000m, 1500m, 2000m, 3000m, 4000m truck-mounted drilling rigs, with maximum static load ranging from 1125 to 2250kN, which are suitable for low and intermediate well drilling operations and can be customer-made for cold weather areas, desert area and plateau areas.
2. Main features
● Centralized controls for electric, air and hydraulic system. Key parts are of world-wide famous brands.
● The mast, designed and manufactured to API 4F Spec, shall pass a stress test and a finite element analysis. The surface of its structures is treated by shot-peening.
● The main drum, with integral Lebus groove, is fitted with a brand or hydraulic disc main brake and an auxiliary brake. There are three types of auxiliary brakes for your choice: air-controlled water-cooled disc brake, air pliers brake, hydraulic brake. A sand drum can be provided at the request of customers.
● Heavy-duty axles with good cross-country and travelling capacities, low-section tires, high strength main frame, hydraulic power steering mechanism, dual-pipe braking system, long operation life.
● More optional parts: intelligent digital display instrument for hook height, top drive system, emergency motor, etc.
